Diversity should be at every table.
If you look around the room and it all looks the same, you’re missing voices who should be contributing. You’re doing your mission, organization, effort, etc., the greatest disservice.
INCLUSION REQUIRES INTENTIONALITY
Don’t use the “we invited them” on me. You may have invited folx, but most likely, they weren’t welcomed.
It’s 2021. If you feel like people are being left out at your table, Check your table.
If you don’t expand your inclusivity, your impact will be limited.
