Behind the scenes from today’s virtual conference.

I used a popup backdrop (which never folds as easily as advertised. So I’ll be otherwise engaged for at least the next hour trying to put it up), a laptop stand raised to eye level so I could stand and present, and a lamp that’s positioned in front of an angled to my side to help with some of the glare from my glasses.

I put my outline on the wall, as you can’t see what’s coming next when presenting virtually. No presenter views!! Boo.

And I put post-it notes around the screen for those Must Hit points!

I also taped a very important “On Air” sign for my colleagues in case they tried interrupting me during my filming.
